      介绍了控释技术的特点及其在抗菌包装中的重要作用,并从共混、改性、多层复合等方面介绍了国内外在控释抗菌膜方面的研究现状。分析论述了抗菌剂从膜中释放速率的影响因素及意义,进而引出了对抗菌剂释放动力学研究的重要性。
英文摘要:
      The characteristics and important function of controlled release technology in antimicrobial packaging were introduced. The latest research progress of controlled release antimicrobial film at home and abroad were reviewed from several aspects, including blending, modification, multilayer films, and so on. The essential position and influencing factors of release rate was discussed and the necessity to explore the release kinetics of active compounds from packaging materials was emphasized.
