对油盅式自动移动机的结构进行了设计,得到了一种结构简单、速度快且符合环保要求的新型移印设备。利用现代机械设计及其运动仿真的设计方法,重点对移印头的运动机构和上墨刮墨机构进行了设计。采用曲柄摇杆机构实现移印头的上下垂直运动,来完成图文的转移;采取不完全齿轮机构实现工作台的往复间歇移动,来完成印版的上墨和刮墨。在现有的移印机的基础上做了较大改进,使移印工艺的完成更加快速准确。 |

The structure of ink-cup automatic transfer printer was designed. The equipment has simple structure, high speed, and meets the requirements of environmental protection. Using modern mechanical design and motion simulation design methods, the equipment was designed focus on the following two parts: printing head mechanism design, added-ink and scraped-ink mechanism design. Printing head moves up and down vertically by crank-rocker mechanism to transfer the printing graphics. The work-bench moves back and forth intermittently by incomplete gear mechanism to added-ink and scraped-ink. Great improvements were made on the base of existing transfer printer, which make the printing process more quickly and accurately. |
