Ceramic block belongs to brittle material, so the process of stacking was completed by artificial in most factories. According to the requirement, a automatic stacking machine was designed. First, 3D model was built to determine the feasibility of the scheme; then, dynamic simulation and force analysis was carried out to determine the best movement scheme; finally, static and dynamic analysis was carried out to evaluate the performance of each part and make further optimization. |
