      目的 为了优化使用不同材质的木材资源,研究某型机电产品木质包装箱的力学性能。方法 利用UG软件建立包装箱的三维模型,并对包装箱的底架枕木和纵梁进行理论分析,得到松木和杨木2种材质的包装箱在堆码工况下的最大挠度与最大弯曲应力,然后在Ansys Workbench中对2种材质的机电产品包装箱进行有限元分析和对比。结果 采用理论分析法和有限元法得到的结果基本一致,最大误差仅为7.962%;在相同载荷条件下,杨木包装箱产生的最大挠度大于松木,但最大弯曲应力与松木相同。结论 用杨木代替松木作为机电产品包装箱的材料,完全满足其强度和刚度要求。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to optimize the use of wood resources of different materials, and study the mechanical properties of wood packaging box for a kind of mechanical and electrical product. The 3D model of the packaging box was built by UG software, and the theoretical analysis on sleeper and longitudinal beam of the bottom frame of the packaging box was carried out. The maximum deflection and the maximum bending stress of the packaging box made of pine wood and poplar wood under the stacking condition were obtained. Then, the finite element analysis and comparison of the two kinds of packaging boxes for mechanical and electrical products were carried out based on Ansys Workbench. The results obtained by theoretical analysis and finite element method were basically the same. The maximum error was only 7.962%. The maximum deflection of poplar packaging box was larger than that of pine wood, but the maximum bending stress was the same as that of pine wood under the same load conditions. Poplar wood instead of pine wood is used as packaging material for mechanical and electrical products, which fully meets the requirements of strength and stiffness.
