      目的 研究Mn-C复合材料对聚3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基己酸酯（PHBH）包装膜性能的影响，以期起到延长果蔬货架寿命的作用。方法 通过溶液浇铸法制备Mn-C/PHBH活性包装膜，应用扫描电镜（SEM）、差式扫描量热法（DSC）、力学性能检测、透湿透氧透二氧化碳检测、气体分析仪和保鲜评价对活性包装膜的微观形貌、结晶性能、热稳定性、力学性能、阻隔性能和保鲜效果进行研究。结果 当Mn-C复合材料的质量分数为5%时，Mn-C/PHBH的拉伸强度达到最大值，为24.38 MPa，且制备的活性包装膜具有选择透过性，有利于形成低氧高二氧化碳的包装氛围，将具有乙烯脱除能力的活性包装膜用于果蔬储藏时能延长果蔬货架寿命。结论 获得了Mn-C/PHBH活性包装膜综合性能最优时，Mn-C复合材料的最佳掺杂比例参数。

      The work aims to study the effects of Mn-C composites on the properties of Poly-3-hydroxybutyrate- co-3-hydroxyhexanoate (PHBH) packaging film, so as to prolong the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. Mn-C/PHBH active packaging films were prepared via solution casting method. The microscopic morphology, crystallinity, thermal stability, mechanical properties, barrier properties and fresh-keeping effect of Mn-C/PHBH were studied through SEM, DSC, Universal Capability Testing Machine, Moisture Permeability, Oxygen Permeability and Carbon Dioxide Permeability Detection, Gas Analyzer and Fresh-keeping Evaluation. The tensile strength of Mn-C/PHBH with the 5% Mn-C composites reached the maximum value of 24.38 MPa. Moreover, the prepared active packaging film had selective permeability, which was conducive to forming a low oxygen and high carbon dioxide packaging atmosphere. The shelf life of fruits and vegetables could be prolonged when the active packaging film with ethylene removal ability was used in the storage of fruits and vegetables. The optimum doping ratio parameters of Mn-C composites can be obtained when the comprehensive properties of Mn-C/PHBH active packaging film are the best.
