      目的 为了降低物流成本,解决快递包装箱日益增长的需求量与社会资源浪费和物流成本增加的矛盾。方法 采用国际标准化模数尺寸作为基础,使用模数分割法进行箱体尺寸设计,并通过统计电商物流包装箱尺寸分布情况初步确定设计尺寸。基于模块化设计和绿色设计,采用可降解材料聚丙烯设计一种可折叠环保型包装箱方案,不仅可以方便折叠与回收,同时通过模块化设置改变箱体尺寸,以满足不同规格商品的包装需求。采用第四强度理论和有限元分析的方法,进行力学分析验证其可靠性。结果 箱体在长度方向可实现模块化长度调整,当箱体尺寸为260 mm×180 mm,高度为180 mm,壁厚为5 mm,圆角半径为5 mm时综合性能最优,货物在静止堆码和运输加减速的工况下,箱体最大应力均小于聚丙烯的压缩屈服强度,尺寸设计可靠。结论 可折叠环保型快递包装箱具有较好的收纳性、可回收性、环保性、防潮性和灵活性,同时具有良好的力学性能,保证了使用的可靠性,有效地解决了快递包装箱不能循环利用、商品过度包装、安全性能及抗压性能较差等问题。

      The work aims to reduce the logistics cost to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand for express package and the waste of social resources and the increase of logistics cost. Firstly, with the international standardized module size as the basis, the module segmentation method was used to design the box size and the design size was preliminarily determined based on the statistics of the distribution of the packaging box size of the e-commerce logistics. Then, based on the modular design and green design, a foldable environmentally friendly packaging box scheme was designed with the degradable material polypropylene, which could not only facilitate folding and recycling, but also change the box size through the modular setting to meet the packaging requirements of commodities with different specifications. Moreover, the fourth strength theory and finite element analysis were used to conduct the mechanical analysis for the verification of its reliability. The box body could realize modularized length adjustment in the length direction. When the box body was 260 mm×180 mm in length and width, 180 mm in height, 5 mm in wall thickness and 5 mm in radius of rounded corners, the overall performance was the best. Under the working conditions of static stacking and transportation acceleration and deceleration, the maximum stress of the box body was less than the compressive yield strength of polypropylene, and the size design was reliable. Featured by good storage performance, recyclability, environmental protection, moisture resistance and flexibility, the foldable environmentally friendly express package has good mechanical properties to ensure the reliability of the use and effectively solve the problems such as non-recyclable express package, excessive commodity packaging and poor safety performance and compressive property.
