目的 综述食品接触用再生聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate,rPET)的法规及rPET中典型的非有意添加物(Non-Intentionally Added Substances,NIAS),为我国食品接触用rPET法规和标准的建立提供参考。方法 对国内外食品接触用rPET法规的发展历程进行梳理;对rPET中挥发性有机物、非挥发性有机物、重金属等NIAS的来源、残留及迁移情况进行分析和总结。结果 众多国家已经建立了食品接触用rPET法规和监管体系;rPET中的NIAS来源广泛、毒性各异,典型的NIAS迁移量、残留量均较小。结论 rPET已具备成为食品接触材料的可能,食品接触用rPET制品是全球的发展趋势,国家应早日明确rPET的法律地位和制定相关rPET安全标准。 |

The work aims to review the regulations on food grade recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) and the typical non-intentionally added substances in rPET, in order to provide reference for the establishment of regulations and standards for food grade rPET in China. The development process of regulations on food grade rPET in China and abroad was sorted out. The sources, residues and migration of non-intentionally added substances (NIAS) such as volatile organic compounds, non-volatile organic compounds and heavy metals in rPET were analyzed and summarized. It was found that many countries had established regulations and regulatory systems for food grade rPET. NIAS in rPET had a wide range of sources and different toxicities, while the typical NIAS migration and residue were small. In summary, rPET has great potential to be used as the direct food contact materials, and there is a global trend for the use of rPET as food contact materials. China should clarify the legal status of rPET and formulate relevant rPET safety standards as soon as possible. |
