      目的 在印刷行业原辅材料的检测中,建立气相色谱–质谱联用方法测定原材料及辅助材料中10种邻苯二甲酸酯的浓度。方法 样品中的被测物经四氢呋喃超声萃取、乙腈沉淀后,通过保留时间及选择离子进行定性,采用外标法进行数据分析,采用气相色谱–质谱联用法检测。结果 10种邻苯二甲酸酯在0.05~20 mg/L内具有良好的线性度,标准曲线相关系数大于0.999,检出限范围为0.003~0.025 mg/kg,回收率范围为87.12%~123.50%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论 该方法工艺简单、操作灵活,且其回收率比常规方法有所提高,非常适用于测定印刷出口型企业的原辅材料中的邻苯二甲酸酯。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to establish a GAS Chromatogram-Mass-Mass Spectrometer, GC/MS) analysis method to determine the concentration of 10 phthalate esters (PAEs) in printing raw and auxiliary materials. After ultrasonic extraction of tetrahydrofuran and precipitation of acetonitrile, the samples were qualitatively determined by retention time and ions selected. The data were analyzed by the external standard method and GC/MS was used for data analysis. The results showed that the linear range of the 10 PAEs was around 0.05-20 mg/L, and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999, the quantitation limit of PAEs was 0.003-0.025 mg/kg, and the spiked average recoveries which were obtained from the measures was ranged from 87.12%-123.50%, while the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%. Such method is obviously easy and flexible, and at the same time the recovery rate is slightly improved than conventional methods, it's particularly suitable for the determination of PAEs in printed raw and auxiliary materials.
