目的 探索石油基塑料的可生物降解替代品,并提高食品的质量和安全性,制备可降解纤维素基包装材料成为当下最有前景的候选方案。方法 详细总结纤维素基水凝胶材料的特点、制备技术、在食品包装领域的应用现状和面临的挑战,重点对用于食品包装的高力学强度水凝胶薄膜、抗菌抗氧化水凝胶薄膜、黏附水凝胶薄膜、自愈功能水凝胶和环境响应型水凝胶薄膜等的研究进行综述。结果 目前多功能性纤维素基食品包装材料经过数十年的探索发展,已经成为一种制备技术成熟、应用范围广泛的包装材料之一。可持续食品包装是确保食品系统安全的关键因素,在对包装材料质量和产品安全方面进行权衡的基础上,研究并制备纤维素基包装材料是未来食品包装材料的主要发展趋势。 |

The work aims to seek biodegradable alternatives to petroleum-based plastics, improve food quality and safety during storage and prepare degradable cellulose-based packaging materials, which is the utmost approach at present. In this paper, the characteristics, preparation and application of cellulose-based hydrogels in food preservation were reviewed. The preparation and application of cellulose derivatives were summarized. The research status of high mechanical strength hydrogel films, antibacterial-antioxidant hydrogel films, adhesive hydrogel films, self-healing hydrogel films and environmentally responsive hydrogel films for food packaging were mainly introduced. It has become one of the packaging materials with mature technology and wide range of applications of multi-functional cellulose-based hydrogel films after decades of exploration and development. Its biocompatibility and degradability are going to completely change the industry of disposable food packaging. In conclusion, sustainable food packaging is a key factor to ensure the success of the food system. The preparation of cellulose-based packaging materials is the main trend of developing food packaging materials in the future. |
