      目的 为深入了解喷墨打印技术在显示器件制造中发挥的作用,开拓该印刷技术的应用领域和场景,加快推进喷墨打印大尺寸显示屏的商业化应用和工业化生产。方法 分析显示器件制造中现有工艺的不足,阐述喷墨打印技术的原理及技术优势,结合大量研究实例和科研成果,进一步说明该技术在显示器件,尤其是有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED)和量子点发光二极管(Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode,QLED)制造中的应用和作用,最后结合研究现状总结目前的发展瓶颈,指出解决方向。结论 喷墨打印技术在印刷显示制造中发挥出独特优势,具有广泛的适用性和巨大的应用价值,面向产业化生产的道路虽有挑战但前景可期。

      The work aims to gain a deeper understanding of the role of inkjet printing technology in the manufacturing of display devices, explore the application fields and scenarios of this printing technology, and accelerate the commercial and industrial production of inkjet printed large-sized displays. The analysis highlighted the deficiencies in current processes for display device manufacturing, and detailed the principles and technological advantages of inkjet printing. A lot of research examples and achievements were cited to further elucidate the technology's application and impact, particularly in the production of Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) and Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diodes (QLEDs). Ultimately, the study identified current development bottlenecks and suggested potential solutions. It has been proven that inkjet printing technology has unique advantages in printing display manufacturing, with wide applicability and huge application value. Although the road towards industrial production is challenging, the prospects are promising.
