阐述了情感记忆的概念, 指出人们对一些熟识的人、 物、 环境拥有特殊的情感和比较深刻地记忆。分析了情感记忆的来源及其在认知心理学角度的优势, 论述了情感记忆在交互设计中的价值, 利用情感记忆更容易使用户理解产品, 从而唤起自然的感知, 直觉的操作, 最终获得情感的满足。在此基础上, 进一步论述了情感记忆应用的误区及重要途径, 旨在为交互设计目标的实现提供新的思路与方法。 |

The concept of emotional memory was described. It was found that people own special emotion and strong memory to familiar person, things and environment. The source of emotional memory and its advantages in the cognitive psychology field was analyzed. The value of emotional memory used in the interaction design was discussed. Emotional memory could make the users understand the products more easily, arouse natural perception and intuitive operation and finally get emotional satisfaction. On this basis, the errors and the important way of emotional memory application was expounded. It provided new ideas and methods for interaction design. |
