Beginning from Kano model, it analyzed the relationship between the concept of product attractive quality and one-dimensional quality. From four aspects such as the user requirements, user experience, interaction manner and culture charm, it discussed how to improve the attractive quality of products in product design, pointed out that constant innovation was the real way for keeping the product attractive quality young. |
