Based on the questionnaire and the Pareto 80/20 of the Kansei Engineering as inspiration, it analyzed the mine rescue humanity feelings in evaluation index and discussed the analytic hierarchy process and the Pareto design optimization rules. On this basis, it proposed guidance research methods of the appearance, interior trim, seats, operation panel and security door of mining rescue cabin.It evaluated the results of the virtual product design, preliminary to prove its feasibility. |
