      Objective It discussed the prototype and method of mechanism for conformation innovation design and optimized design.Methods It discussed some limitation of breaking through trational conformation design through the optimized design for the motional，geometry and material features of main function carriers in the process of altering principle combinations and scheme implementation.Conclusion The breakthroughs are conducive to harmonizing the relationship between mechanism and conformation design，and can help achieve a better interaction and combination between mechanism design and conformation design.
