目的 将老年人作为研究对象, 把关注老年人的内心需求放在重要的位置, 避免设计师将自己的思想代替所有用户的期望。方法 提出用民族志学、 交互体验设计法和隐性知识的显性设计法3种研究方法, 对老年人电子产品的用户体验过程进行分析。在此基础上, 以收音机为例, 研究老年人电子产品使用中的用户期望和设计要素。结论 将老年人期望的需求进行深层次的挖掘和汇总, 这对开拓老年人消费市场也有一定的经济意义。 |

Objective Taking the elderly as the research object,in order to avoid the designers replacing all the expectations of users with their own thoughts,the inner needs of the elderly were promoted to an important position. Methods The process of user experience was analyzed with three methods,which were ethnography,interactive experience design and explicit design for tacit knowledge.Based on this, the user expects and design factors were studied during the radio usage progress. Conclusion The expected demand of older persons was deeply mined and summarized. On the other hand, it is economically significant for developing the elderly consumer market. |
