      目的 通过分析民俗艺术变迁路径的源动力，提出新城镇化背景下的民俗艺术发展的基本对策，更好地保护和传承民俗文化并使之成为社会发展的重要推动力。 方法 以民俗艺术路径变迁的内外因素对民俗艺术发展的影响力为基础， 总结影响民俗艺术发展路径的各个要素以及各要素之间的相互关系，厘清控制民俗艺术发展的途径的基本方法。 结论 新城镇化背景下的民俗艺术路径变迁，既是以外因带来的利益来带动内因的不断成长的过程，又是民俗艺术在继承和发展过程中的必要条件。通过对民俗艺术发展中起作用的元素进行不断调控，能够更有效地引导和把握民俗艺术的发展方向。

英文摘要:

      By analyzing the driving force for the evolution path of folk arts, it proposes the basic countermeasures to the development of folk arts under the background of new urbanization so as to better preserve and inherit folk arts, and turn it a significant impetus for social development. Based on the influences of the internal and external factors of the evolution path of folk arts have on the development of folk arts, it draws a conclusion on the factors that influence the development of folk arts and the relationship between the factors, and analyzes the basic methods to control the development path for folk arts. The path evolution of folk arts under the background of new urbanization is a process that the benefits brought by external factors promote the development of internal factors. It is also a requirement for the inherent and development process of folk arts. By regulating the factors that promotes the development of folk arts, it can direct the development of folk arts to a more efficient way.
