目的 由于多数概念选择技术缺乏对产品完整实现过程的综合分析,导致很多概念设计方案不能转化为实际的产品。针对这个问题,提出了基于 AHP-PUGH 的产品概念选择技术,为概念设计方案的评选提供有效的决策工具。 方法 研究影响产品概念设计的各种因素,构建产品概念设计综合评价指标体系,通过层次分析法计算产品各个评价指标的权重,运用 PUGH 决策矩阵对概念设计方案进行概念粗筛和概念评分,排序、评选出最优方案。 结论 通过对儿童踏板车概念设计方案的评价和决策,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 |

At present, most conceptual selection techniques are lack of comprehensive analysis of product realization process. So that most concept design plans could not be turned to actual product. To solve this problem, it proposes a concept selection technique on products based on AHP-PUGH, which provides an effective decision-making tool for the plans choosing. Based on various factors influencing the realization of product’s conceptual design, it constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for product concept designs, calculates the weight of each evaluation index of product through an analytic hierarchy process, and conducts concept filtering and scoring on concept design plans by using a PUGH decision matrix. Finally, it sequences and selects the best plan. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method has been verified by the evaluation and decision on the concept design plan for children scooters. |
