      目的 探究社会创新在社区营造中所体现出的应用价值、指导意义，以及在其背景下的社区营造设计策略。方法 通过阐述和分析国内典型的具有一定社会创新色彩的社区营造案例，归纳总结出基于社会创新的社区营造四要素，并以此为依据，探讨它们对于社区营造而言所具有的价值意义与指导作用，由此提出基于社会创新视角的社区营造设计策略。结论 根据由案例分析总结出的场所、组织、居民、事务这4个基于社会创新的社区营造要素，以及它们在社区营造中体现出的具体价值和作用，提出建设文化共享型社区场所、成立协作赋能式的社区组织、塑造邻里互动互信的社区关系、构建全民参与式线上社区事务平台这4个具体的社区营造设计策略，为今后以社会创新为背景的社区营造设计领域的研究提供参考依据。

英文摘要:

      The work aims to explore the application value and guiding significance of social innovation in community-building as well as the design strategy of community-building based on social innovation. The domestic typical cases of community-building which had a certain color of social innovation were expounded and analyzed to summarize four elements of community-building based on social innovation, discuss the value meaning and the guidance role in community-building and put forward the design strategy of community-building in the perspective of social innovation. According to four elements of community-building based on social innovation: place, organization, resident, affair and the corresponding values and effects in community-building summarized from the analysis of cases, four specific design strategies of community-building design have been proposed: constructing culture-sharing community place, establishing collaborative and empowering community organization, shaping neighborhoods and community relations based on interaction and mutual trust, structuring the online community affairs platform participated by all people, which supplies references and basis for the future research of community-building design with social innovation as the background.
