以轻美学为导向的用户体验设计

摘要:
目的 构建一种以轻美学为导向的用户体验设计方法。方法 分析以用户体验为导向解析需求、轻美学为导向解决需求的共同点,将用户体验需求分析方法和轻美学符号属性构思方法进行组合,加入明确的设计点和完善构思两个环节,得到以轻美学为导向用户体验设计的四步法模式,并运用四步法对飞机经济舱用餐的用户体验进行解析,找出具体的需求点,然后进行轻体验正向经验连接解决用户需求。结论 可以帮助人们更深入挖掘用户潜在需求和创新设计解决方法,促进产品设计不断向前发展。

Abstract:
The paper aims to construct a UX design method based on aesthetics of lightness. Common points of solving demands with user experience and aesthetics of lightness as orientation were analyzed. The analysis method for UX demand and the conception method for symbol attribute of the aesthetics of lightness were combined with the supplement of clear design points and perfect conception. On this basis, the four-step method of UX design based on aesthetics of lightness was put forward to analyze the user experience of having dinner in the economy-class airplane to find the specific demand points and solve the user demands positively through light experience. It could help to excavate the potential user demands in depth, innovate in the design solution, and promote the continuous development of product design.
