目的 研究基于语义认知的大规模个人产品定制设计模式。方法 随着信息与智能技术的发展,大众的个性化需求得到了极大的释放,人们购买产品时更为关注产品是否符合自己的品位,甚至希望能够直接参与到产品的设计过程中,这对工业设计提出了更高的要求。通过分析大规模个人化产品定制设计和形态语义认知的内涵特征,提出了基于语义认知的大规模个人产品定制设计模式。结论 以瓷瓶造型为例,构建了瓷瓶造型层次模型和大规模个人化定制设计系统,包括瓷瓶造型知识模块、瓷瓶语义知识模块、用户互动定制设计模块,初步实现了本文提出的方法,为大规模个人化定制提供设计学的启发和参考。 |

The work aims to study the mass personalized product design model based on semantic cognition. With the development of information and intelligent technology, the public's personalization demand had been released greatly. When people bought products, they paid more attention to whether the products conformed to their own taste, and some people even hoped to participate in the product design process directly, which put forward higher requirements for industrial design. By analyzing the connotation features of mass personalized product design and morphological semantic cognition, a mass personalized product design model based on semantic cognition was proposed. With porcelain bottle shape as an example, a hierarchical model and a mass personalization design system are built, including shape knowledge module, semantic knowledge module, and user interaction customization design module of porcelain bottle. The proposed method is initially achieved, which provides the inspiration and reference for mass personalization in design discipline. |
