目的 为降低产品配色对设计经验等专业知识的依赖性,设计满足用户感性需求的配色方案。方法 提出结合感性工学和交互式遗传的产品配色设计方法。首先,使用融合和模糊处理方法,从源二维图像提取色彩配置方案,构成色彩方案库。然后,使用感性工学方法构建意象词汇和单个色彩的映射模型,从而获得色彩的意象贡献值。在此基础上,构建以色彩意象贡献因子和用户交互评价值为依据的适应度函数,以色彩调和度评价为约束条件,设置初始条件,使用交互式遗传算法进行配色方案的推进及优化,直至获得满足用户感性需求的配色方案。并以某企业某款数控机床产品的配色设计为例,对此方法进行了验证。结论 结果表明,该方法能有效地获得使用户满意的产品配色方案。通过结合感性工学,可获得满足用户感性需求的产品配色设计方案,同时拓展了感性工学方法的应用范围,并且遗传进化操作简单,降低了配色设计对于专业知识的依赖。 |

The paper aims to design a color scheme meeting users' perceptual needs and reduce the dependency on designers’ experience or other professional knowledge in color design of product. A method combining kansei engineering (KE) and interactive genetic algorithm (IGA) was proposed. Firstly, color scheme database was constructed with color merging and fuzzy processing techniques by extracting the color scheme from two-dimensional source images. Then, the color image contribution values were calculated by the KE mapping model of mage words and individual color. Finally, the fitness function based on the color image contribution values, color harmony and user’s evaluation was constructed. With evaluation on color harmony as the constraint condition, the initial condition was set to promote and optimize the color scheme with IGA till satisfactory color scheme was generated. Application process and procedure of the proposed method were described by color design of a numerical control machine tool. The case study results show that the proposed method was effective. By combining with KE, color scheme which meets the user's emotional needs can be obtained, and the application scope of the KE is expanded. As the genetic evolution operation is simple, the color scheme will rely less on professional knowledge. |
