| The work aims to provide solutions for Chinese elderly care through the ethical research and governance design of non-family intelligent elderly care. The definition of non-family intelligent endowment, digital labor force and elderly care governance was put forward and the comprehensive study was carried out from the perspectives of politics, education, philosophy, sociology, economics, management, population, law, computer science and technology (big data, artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction), design and other aspects to conduct adversarial design. A variety of methods were used to collect, analyze and research data, including field research, questionnaire survey, application of network crawler, public opinion analysis software, CiteSpace and other data collection and analysis software and competitive information design method was adopted to reveal the correlation mode of various factors of pension. Multi-level data extraction was applied to make pension, ethics, governance, AI and others form a complete pension cycle system. The governance of the elderly care needs to be solved in a large and complex circulation system. The ethics of non-family intelligent endowment is the basis of solving the complex problems of the people's livelihood for the aged. Through the construction and design of multilateral social contracts and broad democracy, the obligations, responsibilities and interests of public actors in the era of AI, the concepts, laws, beliefs and routes of non-family intelligent endowment actions, the working processes and posts, pension security, intelligent platform, intelligent products, resources and services in the pension system, mainly home-based and a small number of other supporting pension methods, etc. have been reshaped and designed to carry out public actions, thus forming a complete pension system and governance measures, and enabling it to grow up by itself. |
