      目的 针对目前虚拟现实系统体验设计领域中,由于设计者和用户认知差异导致的用户体验欠佳的问题,提出了一种在心智模型驱动下的VR体验系统设计方法。以某古村落VR系统体验设计为例,阐述此方法的可行性。方法 从心智模型与用户体验设计关系出发,首先提取了用户需求,设计者依据领域知识解构VR体验设计的要素节点。然后分别构建了用户与设计者的心智模型,采用路径搜索法来测量两者模型的相似性,确定了差异要素。最后根据其差异性,采用宏观心智模型中的行为亲和图分析了用户体验设计的流程和功能。结果 心智模型可以帮助设计者了解用户需求,解构VR体验系统功能,注重用户体验。结论 用户与设计者心智模型的匹配测量可以引导设计者设计出符合用户需求的体验系统。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to propose a design method of VR experience system driven by mental model for the problem of poor user experience caused by the cognitive differences between designers and users in the field of VR system experience design and take VR experience system in ancient village as an example to describe the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. From the relationship between mental model and user experience design, the user needs were extracted and the designer deconstructed the VR experience design elements node based on domain knowledge. Then, the mental models of users and designers were constructed respectively and pathfinder was applied to measure the similarity of the two models, determining the difference elements. Finally, according to the differences, the behavior affinity diagram in the macro-mental model was used to analyze the process and function of user experience design. Mental model could help designers understand the needs of users, deconstruct the functions of VR experience system, and pay attention to user experience. The matching measurement between mental models of user and designer can guide designer to design the experience system that meets user's needs.
