目的 从用户感性需求的角度出发,以家用饮水机产品为研究对象,基于用户的感性需求对饮水机进行创新设计,优化饮水机功能和使用方式,提高饮水机的审美价值,提升用户的使用体验感。方法 调研市场现有饮水机产品,总结分析产品存在的问题。运用用户访谈方法和感性工学中的意象尺度法,挖掘用户对饮水机产品的感性需求,以用户感性需求为参考提取饮水机的设计要素,将饮水机的造型、功能和使用方式三个方面作为基点来构建用户需求模型,归纳设计点,由此指导具体的饮水机创新设计方案。结论 通过研究用户的感性需求为饮水机的创新设计提供新思路,并提出饮水机的设计方案,使得饮水机产品更符合用户的消费需求。 |

The work aims to make an innovative design of water dispenser based on the user's perceptual needs, in order to optimize the functions and use of the water dispenser, improve its aesthetic value and enhance the user experience, by taking household water dispenser as the study object. The existing water dispensers in the market were researched. FGI (focus graphics interview) and SD method (semantic differential method) in the Kansei engineering were used to explore the user’s perceptual needs for water dispensers, and extract design elements of water dispenser based on the user’s perceptual needs. The user demand model was constructed based on the shape, function and usage of the water dispenser to summarize the design points, thereby guiding the innovative design scheme of the specific water dispenser. Based on the study of user’s perceptual needs, new ideas are provided for the innovative design of water dispenser, and the design scheme of water dispenser is put forward, making the water dispenser products more in line with the user’s consumer demand. |
