      目的 提高快递行业的服务质量，解决快递派送工具的实用性、安全性、美观性等问题。方法 在分析B2C平台支持下快递服务实施情况的基础上，提出了快递派送车的概念设计方案。在概念设计过程中，对快递派送车的使用对象和使用环境进行调研与分析，确定快递派送车的设计目标和形态感性属性的表达要求，明确快递派送车的设计方向为简约化、轻量化、功能性、实用性和环保。构建形态感性属性词汇表达与评价雷达图，确定方案的外观造型结构，分析人机关系。结果 得出快递派送车的概念设计方案，设计并展示出其外观造型结构、人机关系分析以及使用过程说明。结论 安全性、轻量化、实用性、简约化、科技化的快递派送车更加适合城市环境使用，为快递行业提供更加人性化的服务，也为其他设计师能够设计出更加科学、宜人的运载工具提供参考。

英文摘要:

      The paper aims to improve the service quality of express industry, solve the problems of practicability, safety and aesthetics of express delivery tools. Based on the analysis of the implementation of express delivery service supported by B2C platform, the conceptual design scheme of express delivery vehicle was proposed. In the process of conceptual design, the use object and environment of express delivery vehicle were investigated and analyzed in detail; the design objective and morphological perceptual attribute expression requirement of express delivery vehicle were onfirmed; the design direction of express delivery vehicle of simplification, lightweight, functionality, practicityand environmental protection was made clear. Lexical representation and evaluation radar maps were formed; the appearance and structure of the scheme were determined; the man-machine relationship was analyzed. The concept design scheme of express delivery vehicle was got; its appearance modeling structure, man-machine relationship analysis and use process description were designed and displayed. Safety, lightweight, practicability, simplicity and technology-based express delivery vehicles were more suitable for urban environment. It makes the express industry provide more humane services, and also provides a reference for other designers to design more scientific and pleasant delivery tools.
