      目的 大数据信息时代，智能家电成为研究热点并且逐渐进入消费者家庭中；通过移情设计的方法构建家用急救APP的交互构架，并且与智能监控摄像头相结合，更好地服务于大众。方法 通过对市场上现有的急救类APP进行对比分析，以及对用户进行问卷访谈分析，了解人们对于急救知识的掌握程度以及急救类APP的使用情况，同时通过对用户“说”、“做”、“想”的移情研究，搭建家用急救APP交互构架软件，与现有的智能监控摄像头相互结合，从硬件和软件两方面初步构建APP框架。结论 现有急救APP针对人群较为广泛，用户使用率低，用户对于急救类知识的了解和掌握程度较低，通过对用户“说”、“做”、“想”的移情研究，搭建新的急救APP交互架构，增加急救APP的丰富度，帮助用户学习急救类知识。

英文摘要:

      The work aims to build the interaction architecture of family emergency APP through empathy design method and combine it with intelligent surveillance cameras to better serve the public in view of that in the era of big data information, smart home appliances have become a research hotspot and gradually entered consumers’ families. Through the contrastive analysis of the existing emergency APP on the market and the questionnaire interview on users, the knowledge of people for emergency and the usage of emergency APP were analyzed. At the same time, through the empathy research on users’ “saying”, “doing”, “thinking”, the interaction software architecture of family emergency APP was built, and combined with the existing intelligent surveillance cameras to construct the preliminary APP framework from two aspects of hardware and software. The existing emergency APPs are targeted at wide population, but have low user utilization rate and users have a low understanding and mastery of emergency knowledge. Through the empathy research on users’ “saying”, “doing” and “thinking”, a new emergency APP interaction architecture is built to increase the richness of emergency APP and help users learn emergency knowledge.
