      目的 基于用户需求对西安公交站牌进行重新设计研究，筛选站牌信息，设计信息布局，提高站牌的有效性和易用性，站牌设计融入西安特色，传承西安文化，提升城市品牌形象。方法 通过设计和发放调查问卷，调研西安市公交乘客用户需求，使用统计学方法对用户需求进行数据分析。根据数据分析结果确定公交站牌设计策略，分析站牌信息布局，使用公式计算出需求均值和方差。根据人机工程学原理对公交站牌进行尺寸分析，筛选西安元素进行色彩提取，运用简化、隐喻、归纳等方法为重要站点设计图形符号，提高站牌识别度。结论 通过问卷调研了解用户需求，结合人机工程学原理，设计出具有西安城市特色的公交站牌，提升用户满意度，为用户出行创造更加舒适便捷的体验。

英文摘要:

      The work aims to redesign the bus stop board of Xi’an based on the user demand, screen the information of bus stop, design the information layout, improve the effectiveness and usability of bus stop board, integrate the characteristics of Xi’an in the design of bus stop board, inherit the culture of Xi’an, and improve the city's brand image. The user demands of public transport passengers in Xi’an were investigated by designing and sending questionnaires, and the data of user demands were analyzed with statistical methods. The design strategy of bus stop board was determined and the information layout of bus stop board was analyzed according to the data analysis results. The formula was used to calculate the mean and variance of the demand. The size of bus stop board was analyzed based on the principles of ergonomics. The color was extracted from Xi’an elements. Simplification, metaphor, induction and other methods were used for the design of graphic symbols of important bus stops to improve the identification of the bus stop board. The user demand is understood through the questionnaire. A bus stop board with the characteristics of Xi’an City is designed combined with the principles of ergonomics to improve the user satisfaction and create a more comfortable and convenient travel experience for users.
