      目的 围绕传统文化资源的挖掘与IP转化，考察“燕京八绝”传统手工艺创造性传化的实践情况并尝试总结规律。方法 侧重在IP工艺形态与IP传播方面，重点调查2015年至2019年的现实情况，以文献检索、展览、田野访谈等形式进行多维度考察。结果“燕京八绝”作为京作手工艺文化的物质载体，其价值体现在“国礼的价值、生活的空间、文创与时尚、传播与教育”等多方面。结论 打造文化IP是传统工艺的创造性转化及创新性发展与文化经济接轨的途径。打造文化IP可结合三点内容，即“IP+故事”，对传统手工艺的核心价值与知识“再挖掘”；“IP+场景”，精准把握受众群体诉求，来构建多元化产品；“IP+传播”，以形象为基础，故事为纽带，结合新技术，实现京作文化IP产业内外的双重转化。

英文摘要:

      The work aims to investigate the practice of creative transmission of Beijing Eight Palace Handicrafts and try to summarize the rules around the excavation of traditional cultural resources and IP transformation. With focus on the IP technology form and IP communication, the actual situations from 2015 to 2019 were investigated and then multi-dimensional investigation was carried out in the form of literature search, exhibition, field interview, etc. Beijing Eight Palace Handicrafts, as the material carrier of Beijing handicrafts culture, were embodied in many aspects such as “the value of national gift, the space of life, the cultural creation and fashion, and the communication and education”. Building cultural IP is a way to integrate the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional technology with cultural economy. It can be combined with three contents: the first is “IP + story”, which “re-excavates” the core value and knowledge of traditional handicrafts; the second is “IP + scene”, which accurately grasps the demands of the audience to build a diversified product; and the third is “IP + communication”, which is based on image, story and new technology, to realize the dual transformation inside and outside the Beijing Culture IP industry.
