目的 对番禺全域旅游的现状进行调研分析,从服务设计的角度研究番禺全域旅游品牌的构建与应用,探索全域旅游品牌设计的思路和方向,最终实现游客对岭南文化的深度体验。方法 结合服务设计理念,对番禺全域旅游进行实地调研,总结番禺全域旅游服务存在的问题,并从中寻找设计机会。结论 基于服务设计理念设计番禺全域旅游品牌是一条创新、可行的路径。它不仅有利于番禺全域旅游文化的推广与传播,而且能够有效提升番禺全域旅游的服务品质。 |

The work aims to investigate and analyze the current status of whole region tourist in Panyu, study the construction and application of whole region tourism brand in Panyu from the perspective of service design, explore the ideas and directions of whole region tourism brand design, and finally bring the tourists' deep experience of Lingnan culture. Based on the concept of service design, field research was conducted on the whole region tourism in Panyu, and the problems in whole region tourism service of Panyu were summarized to look for design opportunities. It is an innovative and feasible way to design whole region tourism brand in Panyu based on the concept of service design. It is conducive to the promotion and dissemination of whole region tourism culture in Panyu and can effectively improve the service quality of whole region tourism in Panyu. |
