With the development of the Internet, self-media, big data, and artificial intelligence, the traditional power of speech will change from centralized way to distributed way. Using persuasive design in daily life will become more and more important. Futhermore, the influence on users' attitudes and behaviors will be the focus of future products and services. By analyzing the methods and application processes of persuasive design, we can understand the needs, motivation, and guiding strategies of users. This paper compares the research status and practice process of persuasive design. The paper discusses the influence and significance of persuasive design from the aspects of its development, common models, application fields, research methods, and persuasive strategies. Finally, eight commonly used persuasive design models are summarized. At the same time, the supervision of ethics will also pose new challenges to the future development of the persuasive design. In addition, the design of user experience and behavior will be the focus of future research. In conclusion, the persuasive design provides strong theoretical and practical guidance for product research and development, service strategy, and social innovation. |
