      目的 咖啡店与茶馆是人们品饮的重要场所,其坐具及坐憩环境各具特点,并表达出品饮文化的内涵,选择两者中的坐具及坐憩环境为比较研究对象,通过其中差异理解各自坐憩环境的聚散原因,分析独特在地特征下坐憩环境对人的情感抚慰,以此拓展适应时代变迁的良性创新设计路径,满足各层级精神及心理需求。方法 选择上海咖啡店和成都茶馆为研究对象,通过比较两处如何坐饮及其个中细节,梳理出两种细分业态空间中座椅的应用历史、在地属性,以及两者在各自代表空间中的变化过程。结果 经比较研究得出坐具在城市中的流变经过了器物之用、渗透、融合、人为组织、情感迁移五个阶段,可总结为从器具到场所精神的城市文化形成路径,与人们的生存哲学与生活习惯有紧密联系。结论 以坐憩之小,析城市生趣之大,重视坐具营造形成的空间场所及其生发出的精神,以精细的物质设计塑造城市魅力与民生情怀,解析人们的情趣认知,推动城市之间“饮”文化的包容共存、融合发展,以及习性相通。
英文摘要:
      Coffee shops and tea houses are important places for people to drink. The seats and sitting environment have their own characteristics and express the connotations of drinking culture. The work aims to select the seats and sitting environment of the two as the comparative research objects, make clear the reasons for the gathering and dispersion of sitting environment through their differences, and analyze the emotional comfort of the sitting environment to people under the unique local characteristics, so as to expand the benign innovative design path that adapts to the changes of the times and meet the spiritual and psychological needs of all levels. The coffee shops of Shanghai and tea houses of Chengdu were selected as the research objects. By comparing how to sit and drink in the two places and corresponding details, the application history and local attributes of the seats and the changing process of the seats in their respective representative spaces in the two subdivided business spaces were sorted out. After comparison, the analysis showed that the seats in the city had evolved through five stages:application as instrument, penetration, integration, human organization and emotional transference. It could be summarized as the formation path of urban culture from instrument to place spirit, which was closely related to people's philosophy of existence and living habits. The urban image can be analyzed through the usual sitting environment, which pays attention to the space and place formed by the sit creation and its spirit, shapes the charm of the city and people's livelihood feelings with fine material design, analyzes people's perception of interest, and promotes the inclusive coexistence, integrated development and habit communication of "drinking" culture among cities.
