      目的 为解决了市面上水下智能搜救装置在功能与形式设计上的不足,且无法综合应对在多种形式水域下的救援实施问题。提出将模糊德尔菲法(FDM)、模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和发明问题解决原理(TRIZ)融合应用于水域智能搜救装置的创新设计中。方法 使用FDM拟定筛选出产品的评价需求指标;运用FAHP得到模糊指标权重并进行重要度排序,建立目标产品层级指标模型,掌握研发过程中需解决的重要切入点;并通过TRIZ理论求解,解决水域搜救装置设计过程中存在的冲突问题。结果 综合评价设计方案,得出水域智能搜救装置总体评分,得到设计方案的优先级排序;利用ANSYS-Fluent软件对优选方案进行流体力学数值仿真,并验证是否符合流体动力学要求。结论 利用多种方法结合可以较为系统地对产品进行量化设计与仿真检验,能够减少设计过程中的主观性和不确定性问题,使设计更加客观、理性与准确,为相关产品的研发提供量化分析参考。
英文摘要:
      In order to solve the deficiencies in the function and form design of underwater intelligent search and rescue devices on the market, and the problems that the devices can not comprehensively deal with rescue in multi-shaped waters, the work aims to integrate Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Inventive Problem Solving Principle (TRIZ) in the innovative design of intelligent search and rescue device in waters. FDM was used to formulate and screen out the evaluation demand indexes of products. FAHP was applied to obtain fuzzy index weights and rank their importance, establish a target product level index model, and master the important entry points to be solved in the research and development process and solve the problem of water search and rescue through TRIZ theory Conflict problems. The design schemes were evaluated comprehensively to obtain the overall score of the water intelligent search and rescue device, and obtain the priority order of the design schemes. ANSYS-Fluent software was adopted to carry out numerical simulation of hydrodynamics for the preferred scheme, and verify whether it conformed to the fluid dynamic requirements. The combination of multiple methods can systematically carry out quantitative design and simulation inspection of products, which can reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty in the design process, make the design more objective, rational and accurate, and provide quantitative analysis reference for the research and development of related products.
