      目的 有效降低医务人员在进行个人防护时的感染率,从而提升个人防护效率。方法 基于认知任务分析法剖析用户在个人防护中的任务认知,分析得出关键任务和基于关键任务认知的用户需求。结合Kano模型与Better-Worse系数分析法将用户需求转化为设计需求项,并对设计需求项进行属性分析与优先级排序。根据医务人员个人防护的关键任务场景提取合适的设计需求项,并结合用户模拟访谈数据进行产品设计。将设计出的产品与当下的产品进行可用性测试对比,从而检验设计产品的有效性与可用性。结果 本设计中的医务人员个人防护产品,能有效地减少医务人员在个人防护过程中的出错率和污染面积,提升个人防护任务的效率与成功率,进而获取良好的用户满意度。结论 基于认知任务分析的研究方式能准确捕捉医务人员个人防护中的关键任务与用户需求,使个人防护产品的设计流程更合理,从而产出可用性高、用户满意的产品。该方法也可用于其他防疫类产品的设计之中,从而为防疫类产品设计的研究提供了新思路。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to effectively reduce the infection rate of medical staff with personal protection and improve the efficiency of personal protection. Based on the cognitive task analysis method, the task cognition of users in personal protection was analyzed, and the key tasks and the user needs based on the key task cognition were obtained through analysis. Combined with Kano model and "Better-Worse" coefficient analysis method, the user needs were transformed into design requirements, and the design requirements were analyzed and prioritized. According to the key task scenarios of personal protection of medical staff, the appropriate design requirements were extracted, and the product design was carried out by combining user simulation interview data. The usability comparison test was carried out between the designed product and the currently used product, and the effectiveness and usability of the designed product were verified. The personal protection products of medical staff could effectively reduce the error rate and pollution area in the process of personal protection, improve the efficiency and success rate of personal protection tasks, and obtain good user satisfaction. The research method based on cognitive task analysis can accurately capture the key tasks and user needs in personal protection of medical staff, and the design process of personal protection products is reasonable, which can produce products with reasonable, high usability and user satisfaction. At the same time, it can also be used in the design of other epidemic prevention products, providing new ideas for the research of epidemic prevention product design.
