      目的 基于对可穿戴智能装备基本特征和应急救援工作中“人与环境”整体需求的分析,阐述了可穿戴智能装备设计中存在的问题和发展趋势。方法 运用KJ法建立应急救援中可穿戴智能装备功能需求指标,得出目标层1个、一级指标4个和二级指标21个;运用AHP层次分析法将各功能需求指标进行综合评价,得出各指标权重值;通过对传感器、运动控制、新型加工制造、新材料等关键技术的研究,探讨了信息处理与决策、运动控制、新材料应用等问题。结果 确立了功能为基础、安全为保障、强调人机交互体验、关注生理舒适性、提升科技美学的设计原则;明确了系统设计的方法和外观设计策略;构建了包括运行原理、信息采集及反馈、智能运动在内的系统设计模型。结论 为设计过程提供了基础数据和理论依据。从而实现面向应急救援的可穿戴智能装备的优化创新设计。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to expound the problems and development trends in the design of wearable intelligent equipment based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of wearable intelligent equipment and the overall demands of "human and environment" in emergency rescue. The functional demand indexes of wearable intelligent equipment in emergency rescue were established by KJ affinity graph, and 1 target level, 4 first-level indexes and 11 second-level indexes were obtained. Then, AHP was used to comprehensively evaluate each functional demand index, and get the weight value of each index. Through the research of sensor, motion control, new manufacturing, new materials and other key technologies, the problems of information processing and decision, motion control, new material application, etc. were discussed. The design principle with function as basis and safety as assurance was established, emphasizing human-machine interaction experience, focusing on physiological comfort and improving scientific and technological aesthetics. The method of system design and the appearance design strategy were clarified. The system design model including operation principle, information collection and feedback, intelligent motion was constructed. It provides basic data and theoretical basis for the design process, thus realizing the optimal and innovative design of wearable intelligent equipment for emergency rescue.
