      目的 针对前臂骨折外固定护具实时贴合性差的问题,进行自适应前臂骨折外固定护具产品设计研究。方法 将自适应设计方法(DFAD)与功能-行为-结构模型(FBS)相结合,构建自适应前臂骨折外固定护具设计方法,并基于形状记忆聚合物的仿生设计研究,进行自适应前臂骨折外固定护具产品设计。结果 基于DFAD-FBS设计方法对前臂骨折外固定护具进行分析,将仿生蜂窝结构的形状记忆聚合物应用于自适应前臂骨折外固定护具产品设计,并通过有限元分析和贴合度试验验证了产品设计的可行性。结论 DFAD-FBS设计方法为解决前臂骨折外固定护具的实时贴合问题提供了新的方向,并验证了形状记忆聚合物用于解决前臂骨折外固定护具贴合性的可行性,对产品的适应性设计问题提供了有意义的参考。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to study the design of adaptive external fixation protective devices for forearm fracture to solve the problem of poor real-time joint of external fixation protective devices for forearm fracture. Design for adaptability (DFAD) and function-behavior-structure model (FBS) were combined to construct a design method of adaptive forearm fracture external fixation protective devices. Combined with the research of intelligent materials and bionic design, the design of adaptive external fixation protective devices for forearm fracture was carried out. Through DFAD-FBS design method, the forearm fracture external fixation protective devices were analyzed. The shape memory polymer of bionic honeycomb structure was applied to the product design of adaptive forearm fracture external fixation protective devices, and the feasibility of product design was verified by finite element analysis and fitting test. The DFAD-FBS design method provides a new design direction to solve the real-time fitting problem of external fixation protective device for forearm fracture. It has certain reference value to solve the design problem of adaptive products, and verifies the feasibility of intelligent materials to solve the fitting of external fixation protective devices for forearm fracture.
