      目的 持续使用认知训练APP对老年轻度认知障碍(MCI)用户的认知功能改善有重要作用，研究旨在探索影响用户持续使用意愿的关键因素，为APP设计提供可行性建议。方法 基于技术接受和使用统一理论(UTAUT)与健康信念模型(HBM)构建用户持续使用意愿影响因素模型，提出假设并通过实证分析对模型进行检验，得出具有显著影响的因素及其系数大小，深入分析显著因素之间的关联并生成相应的设计策略以指导APP设计。结果 绩效期望、努力期望、社会影响、便利条件、感知收益、自我效能和行动线索对用户的持续使用意愿产生了显著正向影响;感知障碍具有显著的负向影响;感知易感性与感知严重性则未表现出显著作用。其中，努力期望是影响系数最大的因素。结论 通过德尔菲法综合因素之间的共性并形成相对应的设计策略，MAUQ问卷结果表明采取该设计策略的认知训练APP显示出更高的用户持续使用意愿。

英文摘要:

      Continuous use of cognitive training APP plays an important role in improving cognitive functions of older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). The work aims to explore the key factors affecting users' continuance intention and provide feasible suggestions for APP design. A model of factors influencing users' continuous intention was constructed based on the UTAUT and the HBM. Hypotheses were proposed. The model was empirically tested. Significant influencing factors along with their coefficient magnitudes were identified. An in-depth analysis of the relationships among these significant factors was conducted, and corresponding design strategies were generated to guide APP development. PE, EE, SI, FC, PBN, SE, and CTA had a significant positive impact on users' continuance intention. PBR had a significant negative impact, while PSS and PPSV had no effect. Among these factors, EE had the largest impact coefficient. The commonalities between the factors were synthesized through the Delphi method to form a corresponding design strategy, and the results of the MAUQ questionnaire indicate that the cognitive training APP adopting this design strategy shows a higher intention of users to continue using it.
