      目的 对博物馆沉浸体验设计的相关理论和研究现状进行梳理和分析。方法 对博物馆学观众研究的经典理论及沉浸概念的文献数据进行整合分析。结果 指出了博物馆观众研究对博物馆体验设计的重要价值,明晰了沉浸概念在博物馆体验设计中的应用范畴,探讨了博物馆实现沉浸体验的机制和路径。 结论 博物馆的观众体验维度是多维且复杂的,包含实物体验、认知体验、内省体验、社交体验等多个层次。观众的体验受到主观心理和客观条件双重影响,基于博物馆自身特点构建需求对确保博物馆体验的个性化与差异化至关重要。沉浸式体验的机制也包含系统沉浸、空间沉浸、情感沉浸、叙事沉浸等多种渠道。在探讨博物馆沉浸体验时,要将沉浸实现路径与观众体验维度相结合,达到目标与方法的协同一致,才能形成博物馆沉浸体验设计路径的完整路径闭环。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to review and analyze the relevant theories and research status of immersive experience design of museum. The classical theories of museological audience research and the documentary data of the concept of immersion were integrated and analyzed. The important value of museum audience research to museum experience design was pointed out, the application scope of the concept of immersion in museum experience design was clarified, and the mechanism and path of museum immersive experience were discussed. The audience experience dimension of the museum is multi-dimensional and complex, including physical experience, cognitive experience, introspective experience, social experience and other levels. The audience experience is affected by both subjective psychology and objective conditions, and it is important to construct needs based on the museum characteristics to ensure the personalization and differentiation of the museum experience. The mechanism of immersive experience also includes various channels such as system immersion, spatial immersion, emotional immersion, and narrative immersion. When discussing the immersive experience of museums, it is necessary to combine the immersive realization path with the audience experience dimension to achieve the synergy of goals and methods, so as to form a complete path closed loop for the immersive experience design path of the museum.
