目的 探索影响用户使用高等学校图书馆智慧服务的因素,为高校图书馆的智慧服务设计提供指导。方法 首先,结合高校图书馆智慧服务的特征,将计划行为理论、技术接受模型及信息系统成功模型等理论整合,构建模型变量关系和研究假设;其次,基于文献基础设置问卷并进行问卷调研,回收样本后,对数据进行信效度检验,用极大似然估计法检测模型的拟合度,并对模型和假设进行最后的检验修正;最后,分析各变量之间的路径系数关系,并提出相应的设计策略。结论 信息质量、系统质量、感知有用性、知觉行为控制、主观规范和行为态度能影响学生对智慧图书馆服务的积极态度,高校图书馆的智慧服务设计应该重点完善智慧信息服务质量、提升智慧系统服务质量、关注智慧主观规范和优化用户体验场景。 |

The work aims to investigate the factors that influence patrons' use of smart services in university libraries and provide guidance for the smart service design of university libraries. Firstly, combined with the characteristics of smart services in university libraries, the theory of planned behavior, the technology acceptance model, and the information system success model were integrated to construct model variable relationships and research hypotheses, then a questionnaire was set up based on the literature base and a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect samples. Secondly, the data reliability and validity were evaluated, the maximum likelihood estimation method was used to assess the model's fit, and the model and hypotheses were eventually tested and revised. Finally, the path coefficient relationship between the variables was analyzed, and the corresponding design strategy was proposed. The paper discovers that students' favorable sentiments toward smart library services might be influenced by a variety of factors, including information quality, system quality, perceived usefulness, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, and behavioral attitudes. The smart service design of university libraries should focus on improving the quality of smart information service, improving the quality of smart system service, paying attention to the smart subjective norms of wisdom and optimizing the user experience scenarios. |
