目的 为了更深入的研究智能闸机的通行体验和舒适性影响因素,提高闸机通行体验。方法通过用户行为观察、眼动追踪和主观问卷的方法分析通行者在通过智能闸机时的行为特征,导出通行者对智能闸机交互设计的需求。结论 发现通行者在通过智能闸机时,因界面不合理、交互设计引导注意力缺失等造成的通行卡顿等问题,引入“舒畅”体验评价模型,提出一种面向用户“舒畅”体验的智能闸机交互设计。最终以一款机场自助安检智能闸机设计实践为例,验证“舒畅”体验模型在闸机交互设计中应用。 |

The work aims to further study the factors affecting the passage experience and comfort of intelligent turnstiles, and enhance the comfort of the passage experience. The behavioral characteristics of passersby when passing through intelligent turnstiles through methods such as user behavior observation, eye-tracking, and subjective questionnaires were analyzed, in order to derive passersby's requirements for the interaction design of intelligent turnstiles.Issues such as inefficient interface design and lack of attention guidance in interaction design leading to inefficient passage for users when passing through intelligent turnstiles were identified, a "comfortable and smooth" experience evaluation model was introduced, and an intelligent turnstile interaction design aimed at providing users with a "comfortable and smooth" experience was proposed. Finally, the application of the "comfortable and smooth" experience model in interaction design of intelligent turnstiles was verified through the practical design of an airport self-service security checkpoint intelligent turnstile. |
