目的 构建积极体验视角下的共享产品设计策略框架,并以共享充电桩为例进行设计实践。方法 首先,运用文献研究法,界定积极体验设计和共享产品设计的概念与研究现状;其次,运用模型假设法,在文献综述基础上归纳共享产品设计目标与积极体验设计层次,构建共享产品设计策略框架与设计算法;最后,运用设计实践法,为上海广为电气集团设计一款共享新能源充电桩。结论 积极体验视角下的共享产品设计策略包括激励分享者参与感:外因刺激、情感反馈、唤醒效能;增进接收者获得感:感官愉悦、感知价值、社会反思;提升社群幸福感:强化纽带、增强归属、营造氛围。该策略有助于设计师精准化提取设计机会点,进行共享产品设计实践,以提升用户主观幸福感,并构建良好社群氛围。 |

The work aims to provide a shared product design strategy & framework from a positive experience perspective, and conduct design practice with shared charging piles as examples. Firstly, the concepts and research status of positive experience design and shared product design were defined by literature review. Secondly, the goals of shared product design and levels of positive experience design were summarized to construct a framework and design algorithm for shared product design strategies with the model hypothesis method. Thirdly, a shared new energy charging pile was designed for Shanghai Great-way by the design practice method. The design strategies for shared product based on positive experience design include motivating sharers to participate:external stimuli, emotional feedback, and arousal efficacy; enhancing the receiver's sense of gain:sensory pleasure, perceived value, and social reflection; enhancing community well-being:strengthening bonds, enhancing belonging, and creating good atmosphere. The strategies help designers accurately extract design opportunity points, and then design shared product to improve user's subjective well-being and provide a good community atmosphere. |
