      目的 在印刷设备形态设计中，为合理地平衡使用者对于设备形态的需求，提出基于使用者综合评价的形态设计要素的研究方法。方法 针对印刷设备使用者相关群体进行使用后评价（POE），并建立设计评价指标集。运用AHP法与Kano模型，以数据量化的方式，为印刷设备形态设计要素提供理论上的优先级划分。结果 以京山激光印刷设备形态设计项目为例，通过对目标设备使用者进行使用后综合评价，对评价结果进行分析，获得形态设计优化指标的优先层级，并以此来指导该设备的形态设计，验证了此方法的可行性与有效性。结论 该方法能够根据印刷设备形态设计项目的实际情况，合理地对目标设备形态设计要素进行分析，为相关设备的形态设计实践提供依据。

英文摘要:

      The work aims to propose a design element analysis method based on user’s comprehensive evaluation in the form design of printing equipment, in order to reasonably balance the needs of users on equipment form. Perform Post Occupancy Evaluation was carried out on users of printing equipment to establish a design evaluation index system. AHP and Kano models were used to prioritize the design elements of printing equipment form in a way that quantifies data. Taking J.S. Laser printing equipment as an example, Perform Post Occupancy Evaluation was carried out on users of target equipment to analyze the evaluation results and obtain the priority of optimized indexes of form design. Based on this, the form design of the equipment was guided and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method were verified. This method can reasonably analyze the design elements of target equipment according to the actual situation of the printing equipment form design and provide a basis for the form design of relevant equipment.
